Every X9R / X10R / Q-Remote trolley is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.
If you are an existing owner and have lost or broken your handset,we require the Serial Number of your trolley and the Transmission Code of the handset.We will contact you to request this information prior to shipping.
If you would like to determine the fault of the trolley prior to ordering a replacement handset, please contact our Service team at or by calling 1-877-839-1600 (Ext. 217) and we will run through a troubleshooting process to determine what is required to fix the issue.
